The Technology
Spatially-Hashed Nanowell Array
Our proprietary chip contains billions of
DNA barcodes per well with high concentration binding reagents to efficiently label
cell surfaces in situ.
Spatial Barcodes Transfer to Tissue
Barcodes from the nanowells essentially "tattoo" the tissue during a 30-minute, diffusion-mediated staining step, without
the need for any bulky instrumentation.
Standard Single-cell Post-Processing
Dissociation, optional cell type enrichment, and then plug-and-play into your favorite downstream workflow, whether its RNA, protein, TCR/BCR, or CRISPR knock-out.
